The Xavier Krikori Foundation (ABN: 20278907668) is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC)
The Foundation does not pay salaries, and all time and expertise is donated skilled and committed volunteers so that all donated funds go to facilitating sarcoma research.
PHIL RYAN
ROBERT KRIKORI
Rob is Xavier’s father. He is a sole-trader running his own business, ‘the Mowing Lad’ holding various large commercial contracts, He established his business after the collapse of Ansett where he was an inventory analyst for many years. Rob is heavily involved in the foundation’s fundraising activities and is particularly passionate about ‘Making Sarcoma History’.
MARY KEARNEY
Mary is Xavier’s mother. She is the principal of an inner-Melbourne primary school and has a Master of Educational Leadership and Management. Mary has built an educational philosophy that centres on building a culture of excellence in which every child succeeds as a learner. Mary, like her husband Rob, is particularly passionate about ‘Making Sarcoma History’.
GABRIELLE
KOUTOUKIDIS
Gabrielle is the Dean, Health Science, Youth & Community Services at Holmesglen, with qualifications in nursing, midwifery, nursing education, public health and management. Gabby is a Candidate of Professional Doctorate in Education (Research), with the University of Canberra.
LIBBY SHEEDY
Libby is the Deputy Principal at St Oliver Plunkett School in Pascoe Vale. She has over 30 years’ experience in education and is passionate about strengthening wellbeing and building strong school communities.
MAG KEARNEY
Mag is a legal professional with sound experience in business and industry peak-body representation, and the not-for profit sector. Running her own legal practice concurrently with her inner-Melbourne pub, Mag is the immediate past president of the Australian Hotels Association Victorian Branch and former Not-for Profit Licensed Clubs Association CEO. Mag has a masters’ degree in law, a strong history of government lobbying, policy development, drafting and dissemination of industry codes, and propagation of industry-wide best practice.
PHIL RYAN
Phil is the CEO and Managing Director of City Chic Collective, an ASX listed company. He is a senior retail executive with over 25 years in the industry. Phil holds an MBA from Australian Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Business from UTS and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
JOHN ARGOTE
John is a Ranger with Parks Victoria. With close to 40 years in the public sector, John has experience in contract, financial, project and people management. John has also undertaken customer service roles with the Melbourne Cricket Club where he works in visitor services, providing local insight into Melbourne’s sporting culture.
FRANCINE MOODIE
Francine has over 15 years’ experience in the finance sector where she specialises in funds management. With a successful small business background, Francine has also worked in the public sector for over six years and has a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics). Francine is the Treasurer of the Xavier Krikori Foundation.
